Paper Submission

The MWSCAS2016 paper submission and review processes will be entirely electronic and will be conducted on-line using the EDAS system. No email (or other forms of submission) will be accepted. This process is described below:

Step1: Proposal Submission

Authors who wish to participate in the conference need to register with the on-line submission system and then use it to submit their paper proposals. This submission must be completed on or before the “submission of regular and student papers” deadline shown under “Important Dates” on this web site.

Please follow the instructions on the “Proposal Submission” page to submit your paper proposal.

Step 2: Review Process

The submitted proposal will be checked for errors and authors will be notified if they need to re-submit their proposal. If the proposal passes inspection, it will be entered into the review process. Depending on the subject of the proposal, the Technical Program Chairs/Track Chairs will assign the proposal to a committee of expert reviewers for their demonstrated knowledge in the subject of the proposal. The reviewers will review the proposal and will rate it according to relevance and timeliness, novelty and originality, technical content and correctness, and quality of presentation. The conference Technical Program Committee will use these reviews to determine which papers will be accepted for presentation during the conference. The results of the review process will be posted on this website, and authors will also be notified by email. Review results will be ready by the “notification of acceptance” deadline shown under “Important Dates” on this web site.

Step 3: Camera-Ready Submission

Authors of accepted proposals will prepare a camera-ready (final) version of their paper and will submit it using the on-line submission system. This version of the paper will be substantially the same as the paper proposal but will take into account reviewers’ comments. The camera-ready (final) paper must be completed and submitted on or before the “submission of camera-ready” deadline shown under “Important Dates” on this web site.

Please follow the instructions on the “Camera-Ready Submission” page to submit your camera-ready paper.
